Keep Calm it's Hump Day #2
Heyyyyyyyy! It's Wednesday and you know what that means! Happy Hump Day!! Happy Valley Chow has had a great week so far. I started a new weekly post called Brown-Baggin' Monday which basically features low cost, high convenience meals that you can grab on the go with very little effort. The first episode of Brown-Baggin' Monday features my Cajun Ham Salad, which has definitely hit the spot this week!
Also in big news, I surpassed the 600 mark on my Facebook Page! I always love hitting those milestones and figured for this weeks Hump Day link party we will share our Facebook pages!
I also need your help. On June 25th my fiance and I will be celebrating our three year anniversary. So, we figured we would celebrate this weekend and go out to dinner at this amazing fine dining restaurant in town, one of our favorites, Zola's New World Bistro. Every time we have gone there we are always blown away by their food and atmosphere. If you come to State College, PA you'll have to check it out! I always have a problem figuring out what to eat so a light bulb went off in my head...how about I let you guys decide! So please before you link up, just give me your thoughts on what I should try.
